 The product comes in a very little handy tin, looks colourful and smells great. The box has some nice colours. The instructions were very simple and easy to understand, it's also easy to apply and easily absorbs into the skin. We used the balm for nasal congestion and it seemed to help my daughter breathe easily enough to settle down and go to sleep. It seemed comfortable for her to use and was quickly absorbed so it did not cause her to be sticky. The quality is great and I think this is excellent value for money, as it can be used for more than one purpose. Truly is a lovely little product, it comes in a very handy little tin which can be slipped into your pocket or bag with no trouble to be at hand at all times. It product smells lovely and once applied it is quickly absorbed into the skin so no sticky mess. The best thing about this product is it is toxic free so no need to worry if you or your little one has sensitive skin. Samantha Parker / Kyra 17 Months.

The packaging looked exotic and the actual product reminded me of Vicks. The instructions were Very descriptive and to the point. Really easy to apply, soaked in well. We used the balm Nasal congestion and William seemed to be able to breathe more easily once the balm had been applied. You couldn't tell that the product had been applied once you had used it. It soaked in well and wasn't sticky. Product seemed to be a good quality. I think that I would buy it in the future if I needed too. Arrived in a very neat little box, immediate thoughts ideal for travel. The product is compact and all secured in little tin (just like vaseline lip balm tins with easy to remove top).  The Balm had that smell that one sniff and you felt your congestion was relieved. You also had a little instruction leaflet in the box which was informative and handy. So easy to use and would absorb into the skin quickly.  We used this when Camilla was congested and I must admit this was in my bag at all times and used by myself and my husband.  Certainly help Camilla sleep better at night and helped my blocked nose.  My husband also used it on insect bite and did the trick.  A versatile little pot of balm to always have handy. The first thing that struck me when I opened the Kiddy Bal package was the colourful box, very cheery and would be easy to spot on a shelf in the shops which is a must for any busy mum who just wants to get what she needs and go. Next I opened the pot and smelt it, I could smell the menthol straight away. It smells quick strong, very fresh.

On the box it says can be used for "blocked noses, itches, heat rash, insect bites and stings. Also aids restful sleep". As my twins currently have colds I thought I'd give Kiddy Balm a go that night. I rubbed a little into their chests as instructed and could definately tell the difference with their noses, they didn't sound snuffly or struggling to breathe through their noses. I didn't quite have an undisturbed night of sleep but they did sleep better than previous few nights.

We live close to a country park which we visit often as we can in the nice weather, and one of us usually ends up being stung by a nettle, so Kiddy Balm will be a welcome addition to our changing bag.

I'm a bit weary of using new products on my son as he has excema but Kiddy Balm hasn't irriated his skin at all and I will definately be buying more.

I have been using Kiddy Balm on my children for a few months now and I find it very effective for their colds and makes their breathing much easier and they love the smell, my youngest contracted chicken pox(he is three) he was very irritable with it and was scratching all the time so I put Kiddy Balm on to see if that would help and it did, my son calmed down and for the first time in three nights he slept through without scratching and crying. I was so pleased! I always keep Kiddy Balm in my cupboard and handbag 

 It's a must have for every mum!.
